Her Sacred Circle

The main feature of this artwork is a central meeting place, surrounded by symbols of women to represent gathering, connection and community. Within the inner circle sits a soft pink heart, symbolising the love and unity shared among women. More hearts are scattered throughout the background to reflect the endless care, strength and support that flows through our female communities.

Encased U-shaped figures represent empowerment - women uplifted and celebrated for the important roles they hold within families and communities. Native flowers including lemon myrtle, tea tree and wattle are woven through the piece. Known for their healing properties, these plants symbolise nourishment, resilience and quiet strength. They grow, sustain and heal, just as women do.

Elements of the sun, waterholes and stars speak to our deep connection to Country, reminding us that women are providers of life, our guiding lights and the steady force that holds community together. The use of pinks and yellows brings warmth, joy and feminine energy into the work; a vibrant celebration of women across our lands.

Each fine art canvas is machine stretched to give consistent tension across the artwork. The assembly is completed with framers tape and is strung ready to hang.

This canvas print is available in framed and unframed options. Framing options include oak, white grain or black grain. 

Please note: The original artwork was created in a 4:5 ratio. A-series size prints (A4, A3, etc.) will be carefully trimmed to fit standard paper sizes, which means some elements of the original design may be cropped. For a print truest to the original composition, we recommend selecting from the 4:5 ratio sizes.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for unframed prints and 3 weeks for framed prints.
